HIGH VISION CAB: BUSINESS CLASS WITH PANORAMIC VIEW.

With its four-post design and large glazed areas, the innovative High Vision cab provides unobstructed all-round visibility, making field work and loader operation easier and safer. The cab features a tapered roofline and an opening panoramic sunroof for natural ventilation. The rear-hinged doors further enhance visibility. The mechanical cab suspension and the front axle with independent suspension (IFS) ensure stability and comfort even on the roughest terrain, thereby reducing driver fatigue.

More comfort means more productivity.

The High Vision cab offers comfort as standard. Large, well-spaced steps and a hide-away buddy seat allow safe and easy access to the driving position. The interior offers a spacious, soundproofed and comfortable working environment: the air-suspended swivel seat is electrically adjustable in height; the steering wheel and the dashboard can be adjusted in tilt and depth; the high-end trims are made from durable, easy-clean, soft-touch materials in dark colours. The cab equipment also includes a DAB+ radio system with MP3 player, Bluetooth and microphone, two USB ports for charging mobile devices, various storage compartments and an inside rear-view mirror.

Climate and lighting system.

An efficient climate control system with eight strategically placed vents ensures uniform air distribution maintaining a comfortable working environment all year round.

During night and low-light operations, 14 full-LED work lights, eight of which mounted on the cab roof, illuminate the work area 360 degrees with a high-contrast, daylight-like light, providing efficient shadow-free lighting.

ROBO-SIX TAKES YOUR PRODUCTIVITY UP A GEAR.

Whether in the field or on the road, the Robo-Six transmission always delivers superior performance. Robo-Six features an electrohydraulic steering-column power shuttle and provides six PowerShift speeds and 4 robotised ranges. The creeper increases the number of speeds from 24F/24R to 40F/40R, ensuring maximum versatility of use. The top speed of 50 km/h is achieved at low engine rpm, which reduces fuel consumption. In addition, with the Oil Cut Off targeted lubrication system, efficiency and savings go hand in hand, further improving transmission performance and fuel economy.

SmartPilot Plus joystick: control is at your fingertipS.

The SmartPilot Plus joystick allows shifting through all gears and ranges of the Robo-Six transmission without using the clutch pedal. Gears engage instantly ensuring constant traction both in the field and on the road. The SmartPilot Plus reduces operational complexity and enhances operator comfort, enabling simple and smooth control of transmission, power shuttle, hydraulics, rear hitch, front loader, PTO, engine speed and automatic headland turns. All functions can be controlled intuitively via the DSM touch screen monitor.

Smart APS Auto PowerShift automatic transmission.

During towing and transport operations, the Smart APS Auto PowerShift facility automatically selects the right gear to suit load conditions, travel speed and engine rpm. The APS system maximises efficiency, ensuring the best balance between high performance and low fuel consumption while improving driving comfort and safety. A handy lever on the multifunction armrest enables the operator to adjust the gear change response.

Stop & Action system for smooth and safe driving.

The Stop & Action function allows the operator to control the clutch with the brake pedal, providing a smooth driving experience comparable to that of a continuously variable transmission. The Stop & Action system alleviates the operator's fatigue during tasks requiring frequent stops and restarts. Furthermore, the software precisely controls clutch disengagement based on the trailer’s load, further improving vehicle control and safety.

Eco Forty and Top Fifty for reduced fuel consumption and noise.

During transport applications, the efficient Eco Forty system allows the Serie 6RS to achieve a speed of 40 km/h at only 1572 rpm, thereby reducing fuel consumption and noise levels. With the Top Fifty technology, a top speed of 50 km/h can be achieved at only 1965 rpm for outstanding fuel economy.

Multifunction armrest.

Neatly organised and intuitive to use, the multifunction armrest houses all the controls of the Robo-Six transmission. From the armrest, the operator can control several functions such as headland management, engine speed, four-wheel drive, differential lock, PTO and rear hitch.

Reverse Power Shuttle for fast and smooth shifting.

The Reverse Power Shuttle allows the operator to automatically and seamlessly shift from forward to reverse without clutching, by simply using the steering-column shuttle lever or the multifunction joystick. The shuttle response is adjustable by the operator to suit different tasks and conditions.

THE FPT N45 ENGINE SETS EFFICIENCY IN MOTION.

The FPT N45 engine is designed to offer high performance, maximum reliability and long service life. This 4.5-litre,16-valve, 4-cylinder engine with intercooled turbocharger and electronic common rail injection system meets Stage V emissions regulations and delivers up to 155 hp. The Dual Power system eliminates power drops delivering an additional 10 hp for transport applications and PTO operations. The maximum torque, available from just 1300 rpm, reduces engine wear and improves fuel economy by up to 10% compared to competitive models in the same class. With up to 44% torque backup, the FPT N45 guarantees high productivity under all operating conditions. The Serie 6RS is equipped with a 220-litre fuel tank, the largest in its class, that provides extended run time.

Engine Brake function for active safety.

A convenient foot pedal located between the clutch and brake pedals activates the engine brake through a motorised throttle valve. The Engine Brake function boosts the braking performance while reducing brake use by up to 30%, keeping the tractor and implement braking systems in top conditions. In addition, when braking, the front suspension automatically adjusts to load variations, ensuring maximum stability and safety in all conditions.

HI-eSCR2 Stage V: less emissions, more efficiency.

The HI-eSCR2 exhaust aftertreatment technology allows the Serie 6RS to meet Stage V emissions regulations. This system integrates the SCR catalyst with a maintenance-free filtering device, doing away with the EGR system. This solution improves fuel efficiency while reducing operating costs. The HI-eSCR2 system fits neatly under the bonnet without modifications. This preserves the tractor's compact footprint while ensuring unobstructed view to the front and sides of the vehicle.

Cooling Matrix for simple and quick radiator cleaning.

Cooling Matrix is an innovative system designed to reduce maintenance time: the coolers located in front of the radiator open fully from a single latch to allow quick and easy thorough cleaning. Cooling Matrix reduces maintenance downtime and fuel consumption, while maintaining top-level productivity.

Reduced wheelbase, maximum efficiency.

Thanks to a clever engine and transmission placement, the Serie 6RS has a wheelbase of only 2560 mm. This design solution enhances the agility, stability and versatility of this tractor, making it ideally suited for both fieldwork and confined space operations.

The Serie 6RS is designed to deliver superior traction, ensuring consistent grip and stability under all operating conditions. In addition, the tractor’s lightweight build reduces soil compaction, preserving land fertility and productivity over time.

The rugged suspended front axle improves efficiency during transport operations and when working with front-mounted implements and front loaders. The high ground clearance, the 55-degree steering angle and the hydrostatic drive make every manoeuvre smooth and precise, even at low revs. With the Serie 6RS, efficiency and operator's comfort go hand in hand.

Front axle with independent suspension (IFS).

The electronically controlled independent front suspension of the Serie 6RS allows each wheel to absorb impacts independently of one another. The IFS front axle features two centrally hinged systems that provide better grip and greater stability compared to conventional axles. The independent front axle system improves traction and manoeuvrability in the field, also thanks to the adjustable ride height, and increases travel speed, ride comfort and safety on the road. The IFS system is equipped with full differential lock and electrohydraulic four-wheel drive. Both front and rear axles feature wet multi-disc brakes for safe and efficient braking in any situation.

Landini ballast weights: perfect balance for maximum efficiency.

Designed for quick and easy attachment and removal, the Landini ballast weights allow the Serie 6RS to put all of its power to the ground. Landini range of ballast weights include rear axle weights of 170 kg and 340 kg and a 600 kg monoblock weight for the front hitch.

Landini ballasts always guarantee optimal load distribution, whatever the tractor configuration.

Configurable hydraulics for maximum efficiency.

The Serie 6RS can be equipped with up to seven remote valves with push-pull quick couplers that ensure high operating efficiency. The remotes are operated from the joystick or via fingertip controls in a simple and intuitive manner. From the DSM touch screen monitor, the user can customise flow rates and modes of operation according to the task at hand. The standard configuration includes three mechanical or electronic rear remotes.  Two electronic remotes and a flow selector equipped with a two-way flow divider are also available to operate two hydraulic units with a single remote valve. The Serie 6RS can further be equipped with two electronic mid-mount remotes for maximum versatility of operation.

Rear and front PTOs for power and versatility.

The Serie 6RS comes with a powerful rear PTO that delivers reliable performance, even with heavy, power-demanding implements. The driveline design provides modulated PTO engagement, protecting implements from damage. The rear PTO offers four speeds of 540, 540Eco, 1000 and 1000Eco, plus a ground speed. External PTO and hitch controls are also located on the rear fenders enabling easy attachment of implements from the ground. During transport and PTO operations, the Dual Power system automatically delivers an additional 10 hp to handle heavy loads and tough conditions. The Auto PTO function automatically engages and disengages the PTO for precise implement control during headland turns. The front PTO provides a speed of 1000Eco rpm.

Electronically controlled front and rear hitches.

The Serie 6RS allows the simultaneous use of front and rear hitches and PTOs. This versatility increases productivity as working with front and rear implement combinations reduces the number of passages and saves time. The electronic rear hitch with Category 3 three-point linkage is equipped with lower link draft sensing and provides a maximum lift capacity of 7200 kg. The Category 3 electronic front hitch can lift up to 2500 kg. Both the rear and front hitches are controlled via the user-friendly SmartPilot Plus joystick. External hitch controls are located on the rear fenders to facilitate implement attachment.

Landini L40 front loader.

Robust and reliable, the L40 front loader is controlled by the intuitive Smart PilotPlus joystick for smooth and precise operation. Combined with the Serie 6RS, the L40 offers a highly efficient solution that maximises productivity and operator comfort. All Landini front loaders are compatible with the tractor’s front hitch.

QUICK MAINTENANCE TO GET YOU UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.

Daily maintenance must be quick and intuitive, otherwise it will be neglected. The Serie 6RS offers a number of solutions designed to make maintenance fast and efficient:

1. The bonnet can be opened 90 degrees to allow quick, tool-free maintenance.
2. The engine oil can be topped up without opening the bonnet, as the oil filler cap with dipstick is located in the lower part of the engine.
3. The engine air filter is easy to clean and replace.
4. The radiator coolers open fully from a single latch to allow simple, quick and thorough cleaning.
5. The HI-eSCR2 exhaust aftertreatment system is maintenance free. This reduces operating costs and unplanned downtime.
6. The fuel and AdBlue tanks are easily accessible and equipped with different coloured caps for quick and safe refuelling.
7. The in-cab air filter is easily accessible for quick maintenance.
8. The transmission oil level can be easily checked through the transparent oil filler cap with level gauge located at the tractor's rear.
9. The windscreen wiper fluid reservoir is located at the rear of the cab.
