Every detail in the Smart Cab Plus is designed with functionality in mind to deliver superior performance – from the high-grade fit and finish with durable, easy-clean soft-touch materials to the Alpine sound system with radio DAB+, four 200 W speakers delivering crystal-clear and powerful sound, useful apps and Bluetooth for hands-free phone calls and message reading. Landini Cab Suspension, the suspended cab.

Landini Cab Suspension is an electrohydraulic semi-active cab suspension system designed to make work easier and less tiring. Offering three different comfort levels that can be selected via the DSM touch screen monitor, the system completely isolates the Smart Cab Plus from the tractor chassis, reducing vibrations and shocks caused by uneven terrain. A Panhard rod connects the cab suspensions, maximising tractor stability during field operation. The Landini Cab Suspension system is maintenance free.

Smart Cab Plus: more visibility, more comfort, more control.

The Smart Cab Plus, with its wide steps, large doors, courtesy lights, delayed-off headlights and fold-away buddy seat, provides a safe and comfortable access to the driving position. The four-post cab design, with its 14 percent larger glazed area, 210-degree windscreen wiper and heated and tinted rear window, ensures excellent all-round visibility. The extra-large electric rearview mirrors are telescopic and heated. The cab interior offers more space in every direction, with 8 cm extra room in height and an additional 12 cm seat travel for enhanced sitting comfort. The platform is flat and the storage compartments are built in to keep the work area neat and tidy. The sound insulation reduces in-cab noise levels to 66 dBA, the lowest value in the category.

DSM Plus for enhanced productivity.

The DSM Plus trim level features a DSM monitor and a digital dashboard for advanced management of the Serie 7 V-Shift. The intuitive 12-inch high-definition touch screen display provides a simple and clear view of all data. The innovative 12-inch digital dashboard, which can be easily adjusted from the multifunction armrest, helps maximise efficiency and productivity. The DSM Plus system offers a wide range of functions, including configuration of remote valves, joystick, front and rear hitches, and work lights. The system also allows connection of AEF ISOBUS certified implements and management of the satellite guidance system.

Efficient climate control and innovative glazing.

With an airflow of 760 m³/h, the powerful automatic climate control system, integrated into the roof of the Smart Cab Plus, reaches the desired temperature in just a few minutes. Nine strategically positioned vents ensure uniform air distribution for enhanced comfort in all seasons. The system offers a number of advantages: the climate controls are conveniently located on the front panel; the system reduces airflow noise; the filters are highly efficient and easily accessible for easy cleaning. In addition, the Comfort Sky glazing, developed by Saint Gobain, reduces the cab temperature by up to 6°C, as compared to ordinary glasses.

Powerful full LED lighting system.

Twenty adjustable full LED work lights and four full LED driving lights provide powerful, bright and even daylight-like illumination for maximum visibility during night or low-light conditions. Two long-range lights at the rear of the cab illuminate the ends of the implements. Additional long-range lights on the bonnet light up the work area. The MyLights function allows the operator to configure two different lighting setups for optimum visibility during multi-machine operations. With 40,000 lumens of light intensity, the Serie 7 V-Shift turns darkness into daylight, making night work easier and more efficient.

ALL-ROUND PERFORMANCE.

The FPT N67 Stage V engine is a champion of power, efficiency and reliability. This 6.7-litre, 24-valve, 6-cylinder engine with intercooler and electronic common rail injection system delivers up to 240 hp. The turbocharger ensures fast engine response under all load conditions. Additionally, the Dual Power system provides an extra 10 hp for transport and PTO applications. The peak torque of 983 Nm is available from 1400 rpm and remains constant until 1800 rpm, ensuring continuous pulling power and an excellent 41% torque backup. The Serie 7 V-Shift can reach a speed of 50 km/h at just 1690 rpm. With an average consumption of only 17.1 l/h, this engine is the most fuel efficient in its class.

Supercharging with turbocharger and intercooler.

The turbocharger with intercooler ensures efficient supercharging under all operating conditions. The system adjusts power to load, delivering 70% of maximum torque already at low rpm. This results in superior engine performance and excellent fuel economy.

Engine Brake function for full control and safety.

The engine brake, activated by a convenient foot pedal located between the clutch and brake pedals, enhances the tractor's braking performance. This system reduces the use of tractor and implement brakes by up to 30%, extending their service life. In addition, while braking, the front axle suspension automatically adjusts to load variations, ensuring maximum stability and safety under all operating conditions.

Iso-mounted engine and Viscotronic fan for enhanced performance.

The FPT N67 engine is located within a rugged chassis which isolates both cab and transmission from vibration and noise. This solution moves the tractor’s centre of gravity forward, thereby improving traction and stability. The electronically controlled Viscotronic fan automatically adjusts speed based on engine temperature and load for better cooling efficiency. The fan also reduces engine noise, fuel consumption and power loss ensuring powerful, consistent traction on any surface.

HI-eSCR2 STAGE V technology for clean emissions.

The Hi-eSCR2 technology allows the Serie 7 V-Shift to meet Stage V emissions regulations. This system integrates the SCR catalyst with a maintenance-free filter. In addition, the combustion process without EGR increases performance while reducing operating costs.

Large capacity fuel tanks for extended runtime.

With a 350-litre fuel tank and a 52-litre AdBlue tank, the Serie 7 V-Shift ensures extended operating range. Fewer refuelling stops mean higher productivity.

Best in Class system: maintenance every 1000 hours.

Landini develops solutions to make routine maintenance easier and faster. The Best in Class system is designed to generate significant time and cost savings. This innovative filter concept doubles the maintenance interval from 500 to 1000 hours. • Range 1 - Creeper: 0 – 3 km/h
• Range 2 - Field 1: 0 – 12 km/h

These preset speed ranges can be customised by the operator to ensure maximum efficiency both in the field and on the road.

EasyPilot joystick: ergonomics and functionality.

The intuitive EasyPilot multifunction joystick allows the operator to drive the Serie 7 V-Shift, control the transmission and operate the implements. The joystick features five push buttons that can be configured by the operator via the MyFunctions menu and enable the activation of five different functions, including engine speed cruise control, headland management and forward/reverse shifting without using the steering-column shuttle lever. All controls are clearly displayed on the dashboard or on the display.

Electrohydraulic Reverse Power Shuttle.

The Reverse Power Shuttle can be operated via the shuttle control lever adjacent to the steering wheel or the multifunction joystick, allowing the operator to automatically shift from forward to reverse without using the clutch pedal. The shuttle response is electronically modulated and adjustable by the operator to suit different tasks and conditions.

Smart Power Zero braking system for total safety.

The Smart Power Zero braking system, supplied as standard on the Serie 7 V-Shift, holds the tractor stationary on any slope. This technology interfaces with the trailer's braking system for enhanced safety. The Smart Power Zero system also improves operating control, facilitating implement attachment and detachmen.

The Serie 7 V-Shift is designed to tackle rough terrain, steep inclines and demanding applications with ease. Thanks to its chassis-mounted engine, which moves the tractor's centre of gravity forward, and its rugged front axle with independent suspension, the Serie 7 V-Shift puts all of its 240 hp to the ground, more than any other tractor in its class. The tractor's optimal weight distribution improves traction while reducing soil compaction. The Serie 7 V-Shift ensures excellent grip and stability for outstanding performance both in the field and on the road.

Front axle with independent suspension (IFS).

The electronically controlled front axle with independent suspension and two centrally hinged systems provides more stability and better grip than conventional front axles. The IFS system improves traction and manoeuvrability in the field and increases speed, safety and comfort during transport operations. In addition, the front axle ride height can be adjusted making the Serie 7 V-Shift ideal for applications like ploughing. The front axle is equipped with full differential lock and electrohydraulic four-wheel drive with automatic engagement. Both front and rear axles feature wet multidisc brakes for maximum safety in any condition.

Large diameter tyres for high traction and low soil compaction.

Thanks to its 1.85 m diameter rear tyres, the Serie 7 V-Shift puts all of its power to the ground efficiently. The tyre's wide footprint reduces ground pressure, preserving the soil structure. Our range of tyres is designed to meet every need; among them, the VF 710/60 R38 tyres with V-Flecto technology are specifically designed to maximise traction and reduce soil compaction, while maintaining excellent stability during work.

Landini ballasting system: all the weight in the right place.

Landini offers a complete range of quick-attach weights that allow the Serie 7 V-Shift to put all of its 240 hp of power to the ground. Designed with versatility in mind, the Landini ballasting system includes rear axle weights from 170 kg to 540 kg and a 1400 kg monobloc weight for the front hitch.

Engine brake: total control, maximum safety.

The Serie 7 V-Shift features an efficient engine brake that maximises the braking performance allowing the tractor to slow down in a controlled manner. Less brake use will reduce brake wear and maintenance costs. On hilly or rough terrain, the engine brake provides better control for maximum safety in any situation.

Automatic Grease System for ultimate efficiency.

The Automatic Grease System makes the maintenance of the Serie 7 V-Shift easier, faster and more precise. Every two hours, the system automatically lubricates all grease points to keep all mechanical components in good working order. The system can also be activated manually, if needed.

Customisable remote valves.

The hydraulic system of the Serie 7 V-Shift is fully customisable to suit your needs. The tractor can be equipped with up to eight remote valves that can be controlled via the EasyPilot joystick or the DSM display. The system allows the user to customise flow rates, operation modes and control settings. Three fingertip controls on the multifunction armrest enable the operator to control three remote valves, while a fingertip selector operates the flow divider. In addition, a mini-joystick can control up to six remotes that can be programmed via the DSM display to operate the front hitch, the front loader and the ISOBUS-compatible implements.

Automatic rear and front PTOs for top performance.

The rear PTO of the Serie 7 V-Shift is designed to deliver high performance even with heavy, power-demanding implements. The driveline design provides modulated PTO engagement, protecting implements from damage. The rear PTO offers four speeds: 540, 540Eco, 1000 and 1000Eco rpm. External PTO, hitch and remote valve controls are located on the rear fenders, making attaching and detaching implements from the ground easier and faster. When the PTO is connected, the Dual Power system provides an additional 10 hp, allowing the engine to maintain a constant power as the load varies. The Auto PTO function will automatically engage and disengage the rear PTO during headland turns. The front PTO of the Serie 7 V-Shift provides a speed of 1000Eco rpm.

Electronically controlled front and rear hitch systems.

The electronic rear hitch is equipped with a three-point linkage Category 3 and lower link draft sensing for maximum accuracy of operation and provides a lift capacity of 9300 kg. The EasyPilot joystick allows a precise and intuitive control of the implement. The electronically controlled front hitch is integrated into the tractor frame and offers a lift capacity of 3500 kg, allowing large, heavy implements to be handled with ease. The front hitch and front PTO can be used in combination with rear-mounted implements to save time, improve fuel economy and increase productivity.

More comfort with the hitch damping system.

During headland turns and transport operations, heavy implements generate shock loads. Both the front and rear hitch of the Serie 7 SWB feature a damping system with two nitrogen-charged accumulators which absorbs shock loads, thereby reducing pitching motions when travelling with raised implements. This system reduces the strain on the tractor’s structure, improving ride comfort.

QUICK MAINTENANCE TO GET YOU UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.

Daily maintenance must be quick and intuitive, otherwise il will be neglected. The Serie 7 V-Shift features a number of solutions designed to make maintenance fast and efficient:

1. The fully opening bonnet allows quick, tool-free maintenance.
2. Oil top-up can be done without opening the bonnet since the oil filler cap with dipstick is located in the lower part of the engine.
3. The engine air filter is easy to clean and replace.
4. The coolers located in front of the radiator open fully from a single latch to allow easy, fast and accurate cleaning.
5. The HI-eSCR2 aftertreatment system is maintenance-free, which reduces operating costs and unplanned downtime.
6. The fuel and AdBlue tanks have different coloured caps and are conveniently located for easy refuelling.
7. The oil level in the transmission is easy to check through the transparent oil filler cap with level gauge located on the rear of the tractor.
8. The Automatic Grease System automatically delivers oil to all lubrication points, resulting in significant time savings.
9. The cab air filter is conveniently located to allow quick maintenance.
10. The windscreen wiper fluid reservoir is located on the rear of the cab.
11. Maintenance intervals have been doubled from 500 to 1000 hours.
